Virgin Island

Today, I did a little island hopping and found myself at this wonderfully bizarre sandbar.

Defies description really. It’s basically a functioning marketplace in the middle of the ocean. A vast expanse of mostly ankle deep water that surrounds an “island” where you can eat delicious food, buy cheap trinkets and, during this Chinese holiday, indulge in some serious people watching.
